Mediterranean Lightness on a Baltic Pier

The residential complex designed by the Croatian architect, who has been working in Poland for the past few years, fits perfectly with the modern architecture of Gdynia. The forms of the buildings, enchanting in their Mediterranean lightness, are proof of the international uniformity of modern expression that is understood throughout Europe.

Separated from the sea by a sandy beach and small park, the buildings form a kind of seaside boulevard. In the summer, their white facades are cut  off from the blue of the sky and the vivid green of the surrounding trees. In the winter, they blend in with the steel-grey color of the skies, the snow-capped environs and the biting cold of the Baltic.
