We are introducing the speakers at Weekend with Oris in Poreč!
Emil Jurcan, architect and activist, member of the collective Praksa and since 2015 president of the Association of architects in Istria.
Born in Pula in 1981. He graduated from the Faculty of Architecture in Ljublana in 2007. He participated in the work of the TEMP group, which carried out several actions of occupation of abandoned spaces in Ljubljana. He is a member of the Pula Group and the initiative for Muzil I love Pula. Since 2011, he has also been a member of the collective Praksa. Together with the Pula Group, he created the Red Plan of Pula and is one of the editors of the collected papers Post-Capitalist City. Since 2015 he is the president of the Association of architects in Istria.
